The first phase was to have water available for construction; therefore, we decided to dig a well. We have also constructed water towers to be able to pump the water and allow it to flow by gravity to a radius of about 2 miles to the surrounding communities.

The establishment of this well has completely transformed the surrounding communities. Prior to the well, the community had to walk 12 to 15 miles to get water, and women would spend their entire lives fetching water and cooking for their families.

This well will continue to provide water for the surrounding communities, as well as the future Bible School community.
